Shipping Policy

At Water Decors, we are committed to delivering your aquaculture supplements quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
  • We currently ship across India, covering all major cities, towns, and rural areas.
  • For international orders (e.g., Nepal, Myanmar, Bangladesh), please contact us at support@waterdecors.com for customized shipping arrangements.

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
  • International Shipping: Timeline will be shared at the time of order confirmation

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may carry an additional fee of ₹49.
  • International shipping charges will be calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can also track your order directly in the “My Account” → “Orders” section on our website.
  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
  • If your package is lost in transit or delivered damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/evidence.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
