At Water Decors, we are committed to delivering your aquaculture supplements quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
- We currently ship across India, covering all major cities, towns, and rural areas.
- For international orders (e.g., Nepal, Myanmar, Bangladesh), please contact us at support@waterdecors.com for customized shipping arrangements.
We work with trusted logistics partners such as Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
- International Shipping: Timeline will be shared at the time of order confirmation
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may carry an additional fee of ₹49.
- International shipping charges will be calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can also track your order directly in the “My Account” → “Orders” section on our website.
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply.
- If your package is lost in transit or delivered damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/evidence.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
